This delicious Alerion has been designed by Nathanael Herreshoff for his own use a hundred years ago. She has been redesigned by the architect Mac Naughton for a strip planking construction.
She remained faithful to the original lines, simply adding a self-bailing cockpit. This beautiful boat left our yard in Pondicherry for the United States in February 2005, and spent summers sailing in the Bay of New York.
She is one of the boats who gives as much pleasure to the manufacturer as to the client.
